As part of our commitment to #WellbeingSummer, a free session is being made available for all our #TrustLeaders CEO and COO members just before the Summer break on Monday 20th July, 1.30pm – 3pm.
With record levels of depression across society, and with more people returning to the frontline in the coming months, organisations must put wellbeing centre stage – led and modelled by leaders who themselves have the resilience and capacity to make a difference. This event follows on from our recent #TrustLeaders magazine and the excellent work of our National #trustLeaders CEO wellbeing group: https://www.forumstrategy.org/trustleaders-magazine-portal-wellbeing-in-focus-summer-2020/
This seminar is an opportunity to explore how CEOs in varying context and with various leadership styles can manage the pressures and stresses of the role, not least during a time of crisis and uncertainty, in order to sustain themselves and their organisations.
We will explore:
- How leaders with different leadership styles approach times of uncertainty and stress
- Some hints and tips for sustaining your own wellbeing whilst managing the intense pressure of the CEO role
- How you can establish a culture that puts health and wellbeing at the heart of the organisation’s approach, whilst delivering a wellbeing strategy that has impact and can be sustained for the long-term
There will also be opportunity to hear from and engage with CEOs across a wide range of contexts.
To book onto this event, you must be a current member of the National #TrustLeaders CEO or COO network.
