Scale: £42,683 – £44,632 pro rata, (0.5 FTE term time plus 10 days)

Ethos Academy Trust formed in September 2018, bringing together three high performing Alternative Provision Academies, an Outreach Service and a Medical Provision. We aim to deliver the very best educational experiences for pupils from across the primary and secondary age range. We seek to develop academies and services that are welcoming, caring, calm, safe and purposeful and that, within a nurturing ethos, stretch our learners academically, support them pastorally and develop them socially and emotionally.

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified professional to act as Operations and Compliance Manager to ensure that the Trust remains compliant with all legislative, external and internal regulations, policies and procedures. Reporting to the CEO and serving as an integral member of the central Trust team, the Operations and Compliance Manager will ensure the Trust meets its stated aims in the key areas of estates and facilities management, risk management, health and safety, ICT and data protection and will play a key role in the development and implementation of the organisation’s strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will hold a suitable qualification at degree level with previous experience at a senior level in a relevant area (either within education or other relevant public sector or business sector).
