We are very much looking forward to the next meeting of the National CEO network, which takes place on Thursday19th November.
As well as an opportunity to gain current updates direct from Forum Strategy and The Key, this is chance to look outwards at a strong strategic leadership exemplar. We’re delighted to be joined by a longstanding education sector leader, wellbeing champion, and entrepreneur, John Brady – CEO of Schools Advisory Service.
- John founded the organisation from scratch in 1997,
- SAS has now grown to serve over 4,000 schools nationally with a turnover of £46 million.
- John will talk about his leadership journey, growing a national organisation, bringing about a change in mindset around wellbeing over the past twenty years, and his experience of being a trustee.
- He will also talk about investing and decision making in order to be strategic and well-placed for change, developing a healthy and motivated workforce, and creating an improvement culture based on customer service.
This is a unique experience to learn from one of the sector’s most innovative and forward thinking leaders of the last twenty years.
We’ll also have a session where CEOs can reflect upon and discuss the findings of the Being The CEO report 2020, and an update on key sector trends and development from both Michael Pain and the Key. (see report attached)
