The Pope Francis Catholic and Domic Barberi Multi Academy Companies are seeking to appoint to the crucial role of Catholic Senior Executive Leader (CEO level equivalent).
The Pope Francis and Dominic Barberi Multi-Academy Companies (MACs), based in Oxfordshire, are set for an exciting future.
Whilst we share a strong ethos and commitment to our communities, our proposed merger creates chance to develop a Catholic education community that is strong and widely respected. We want to develop an environment and culture where every child can flourish; irrespective of their personal circumstances, location or demography.
Our schools, for example, are located in areas of challenge as well as areas of affluence. We are proud that some of our schools stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the very best Catholic schools in the country, and we are excited by the potential of other schools who are just beginning their journey to Outstanding. As a MAC, we support children on their first day of school through to the day when they get their final results.
This diversity is our strength. Our collective attributes and opportunities make this a unique opportunity to create an exciting future for our schools, our staff and, most importantly, our children and young people.
We are looking for a candidate to bring our vision and ambition to fruition.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about Catholic education, and whose faith guides and drives them. We require someone who is honest, transparent and has a track record in organisations that drive social change.
The preferred candidate will be supported by a board that is values driven and has the collective experience to provide constructive and proactive support. Our school leaders are innovative, exciting and have a passion to get the very best for pupils. Our communities are behind our schools. We believe our collective potential is clear.
Directors offer an attractive and rewarding career development package to the successful candidate who will share their belief that our schools can provide each child with an experience which has the love of Jesus Christ and the desire to follow His teachings as core to all its actions.
Directors are committed to putting the dignity of every person made in the image of Jesus Christ at the heart of everything they say and do.
The Catholic Senior Executive Leader (CSEL) as the most senior officer of the MACs, will be an exemplary strategic and systems leader, who is able to develop and articulate the vision, values and ethos of the Multi-Academy Company (MAC). The candidate will inspire and empower others to achieve exceptionally high standards in all areas of the MAC’s work. The CSEL will be accountable and take responsibility for the performance of all academies within the MAC.
He/she will be an ambitious and aspirational leader committed to creating the optimum educational and life enhancing opportunities for all pupils and staff within the MACs and have a strong sense of civic responsibility.
Please do get in touch if you are able to provide the expertise and faith-driven leadership to bring these elements together.
