We are looking for a skilled, experienced and ambitious Chief Operating Officer to play a key role in
building and growing our central team and support services within the Trust. The COO will have the
opportunity to make significant and sustained impact on our Trust and the community in which it sits. This
is a permanent appointment following the establishment of the Multi Academy Trust (MAT). The role will
operate over the whole of Gatehouse Green Learning Trust, a MAT with Redland Green and Ashton Park
Secondary Schools, Ashton Vale, Compass Point and Luckwell Primary schools. Staff from the schools
are already working together to improve outcomes for our children. This post offers exciting opportunities
