The Trust seeks to appoint an outstanding Chief Executive. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person to be part of the exciting and challenging work of further establishing the Trust’s position and influence in the sector. The Trust works in partnership with the Diocesan Education Department and is currently home to 31 primary schools. The Trust is highly sought after as a unique and distinctive option for both community and Church schools.

Working closely with the Trustees to set the Trust’s strategic direction for the next five years, the appointed candidate will be a visionary leader, delivering further improvements in performance across the Trust and increasing the Trust’s capacity to contribute to the wider national debate on enhancing life chances for children

Whilst experience of education is not a pre-requisite, the Trust actively encourages applications from leaders who have a passion for inclusion and social mobility. The appointed candidate will also have the necessary leadership and commercial experience to lead a complex, multi-site organisation, and will possess the gravitas and advocacy skills needed to ensure that the Trust remains a leader within its field. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Executive Officer, who shares our values and has the drive and resilience to achieve our strategic vision to take the Trust to the next level.
