Our first seminar of the academic year is on Wednesday 30th September (4 – 5.45pm). Online event.

At this session we will be joined by Patrick Dunne, experienced Chair, Corporate governance expert and author of the new book ‘Boards – a practical perspective’. Patrick will be discussing some of the themes from his book, including the relationship between the CEO and the Chair, managing conflict on the board, and decision making.

Wrigley’s Solicitors and Satis Education will also provide inputs and encourage discussion around how COVID19 has changed the way boards work, and also some of the implications for undertaking governance reviews at this time.
